I’m a substitute - how do I register in the rider app?
The rider account holder will need to add your details from their rider account. They’ll need to go to the Profile page in the rider app, tap ‘Subcontractors’, then the + symbol in the upper right corner.
They’ll need to confirm they’ve read their rights and responsibilities when engaging you as a substitute and then add in your details.
We’ll send you an email so you can complete your registration. You will need to provide proof of your right to work as self-employed before you can go online to complete orders.
Once this is all done, you should then be able to log in using your own email address.
