I’m a substitute - how do I complete the identity check?
The account holder will need to register you as a subcontractor in the rider app. Then we’ll send you an email so you can complete your registration and your identity and right to work checks. When it’s time for your identity check, tap ‘Complete compliance checks’ in the rider app and follow the instructions to complete it.
