Do I have to register my substitute in the rider app?
Yes. You must register your substitute in the rider app before they can complete orders on your behalf.
Once they are registered to use your account, they’ll be able to log in to your account using their own email address, go online, and complete orders in the rider app - but they won’t have access to your account details such as earnings or be able to change your bank details.
