From your Profile page in the rider app, tap ‘Subcontractors’, then the + symbol in the upper right corner. Confirm you’ve read your rights and responsibilities when engaging a substitute, then add in their details. We’ll send your substitute an email so they can complete their registration, and we’ll send you an email confirming you’ve added your substitute.
Your substitute will need to provide proof of their right to work as self-employed before they can go online to complete orders on your account.
If you’ve shared your rider account login details with your substitute they will no longer need this as they will be given their own login details which they should use instead, so you may want to update your password for the security of your rider account.
