Fees can’t be processed on bank holidays, because banks are closed. If you’re ever due to be paid on a bank holiday, we’ll let you know the exact day you can expect your fees to be paid to your bank account. This will usually be the next business day after the bank holiday.

You also have the option to claim your fees whenever you want, for instance, the day before a bank holiday.

To use the feature, just tap your current balance on the Earnings page, then confirm the payment.

If you do this before 17:30 Mon-Fri, you’ll receive your fees instantly - if you process it after 17:30 or on the weekend, your fees will be sent to your bank account the next working day. If you do it on a bank holiday your fees will be usually be paid the next business day.
